The path to Uniform Civil Code

With Triple Talaq bill, BJP has done well to be on front foot

Today I got a glimmer of hope to read this https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/politics-and-nation/congress-let-haj-ban-stay-even-when-saudi-ended-it-mukhtar-abbas-naqvi/articleshow/62345974.cms

For the first time, a BJP leader nailed it

India should get a study done on laws in Pakistan, Saudi and Iran, to name a few Islamic countries

Do they allow Triple Talaq? Do they allow Haj subsidy? Do they allow loudspeakers on mosques? Do they allow namaz on streets? Do they allow polygamy? Do they allow animal slaughter?

We should make a list of such Islamic countries opposing each such practice

Then use that data fully to shout at Congress/ Other pseudo-Secular parties, that if these countries are not allowing, then why are we!

uniform civil code

uniform civil code

This will come in handy now that the next issue after Triple Talaq is Uniform Civil Code

Let an enlightened citizen file a PIL in SC on this
